Important Reminders:

This form was updated 11/9/17. Please read it completely before filling anything in.
Only enter the exact info requested in each box and nothing more. Entering anything else
will cause redundancy and that means your ad could be rejected and delayed.
The dates requested below (third question) should be the current or next calendar year,
during which the villa can be occupied. Listing your unit for more than one calendar year is
currently forbidden and doing that will guarantee WE WILL REJECT YOUR AD. So please be sure
your rental dates are correct.
Check spelling very carefully. We do not have time to correct ads (it slows postings)
so check yours carefully to be sure everything is right. Your ad reflects on you and on
what you're selling.
No villa rental ad may exceed 150 words in length, total. Microsoft® Word lets you count
words automatically; please test your entire ad there first to check length. (Platinum members,
whose memberships expire more than 10 years into the future at the time of ad posting,
are now entitled to 200 words max, just increased from 175. If you want longer postings,
upgrade to Platinum. You can do a Platinum upgrade for $20 per year of additional membership
paid by PayPal to jeff@jmbcommunications.com. Platinum members will continue to use this
form to submit their self-owned villa ads.
The email address you list in your ad must be the same email address you have registered
with JMB Website Supporters. If it isn't your ad will not be published.
You must be the owner of the villa you post for rent. No third-party listings and no agency
listings are allowed.
Absolutely no ads can be posted if your membership is within 120 days of expiring.
No exceptions; if your membership is close to expiring, you must renew it before submitting
any ad.
All ads can be highlighted at extra cost. See the public site timeshare ad listings for
details. Platinum members' ads are highlighted free and are always placed first in our
chronological listings. Platinum member ads may also include photos [max 3].)
This form is for self-owned villa ad submissions only. Use the "contact info" on the
secret site to contact us regarding anything else.
Online ads are updated every few days. To find the date of the next update, just add
a few days to the date currently posted on our timeshare rental/sale page at
www.everythingsxm.com. Holidays and JMB membership sales add to the time between
updates -- as do major hurricanes and their aftermath.
Note: once your ad has been submitted successfully, you will be returned to our
everythingsxm site. You will not hear from us again until we notify you that your ad
has been posted.

SCAM WARNING:

For many years, the top of our page featuring St. Maarten timeshare weeks for sale or for rent
has contained warnings about scammers.

We've just heard that the scammers are at it again, using one of their classic techniques. They offer
to send you a check for more than the amount of your rental if you agree to immediately upon
receiving their check send them your check for the entire amount of their overpayment.

Never, ever do that.

Their checks are invariably bogus, and by the time your bank discovers that and charges back
your account, you are out several hundred dollars or more -- possibly much
more. This warning has appeared on our site for years.

Ever since we started publishing JMB member ads, we have published scam warnings at the top of our rental page.
Read our warnings fully and closely to be sure you are not victimized, regardless of where you're
advertising.
