Fill out this form and click "Submit" to enter. No postal mailing is required. All items must be completed. You will receive an email 
acknowledgement of your entry. Limit: one entry per household. Enter after reading these rules:

Rules:

1. You must be at least 21 years old to enter. 
2. Previous JMB vacation winners are NOT eligible.
3. Prizes are provided by businesses in return for publicity. JMB Communications, its employees, and its affiliates will 
not be held liable in case any business fails to deliver any promised prize. We will endeavor to set things right but can 
make no promises whatsoever.
4. There will be one prize winner of the Summit Resort Summer Vacation and other prizes. Limitations apply. The week
you select must be in Summer, 2013, and is subject to availability. No substitutions.
5. Winners may incur a tax liability. Consult your tax advisor.
6. Rules may change before the contest ends. Rules in effect at the close of the contest will apply to all entrants.
7. Contest ends June 9, 2013. Entering this contest constitutes your express agreement, 
without recourse, to the rules in effect at the close of the contest.
8. Winner will be drawn June 10 live on the air at 9:45 a.m. EDT at www.island92.com . We will phone you at that time
if your entry is drawn. If you answer the phone, you win; if you don't, we call another entrant. So... answer your phone!
